Grape types : 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache
Terroir: Parcels on the northern slope of the lesser Luberon range down to south of the Calavon river. Primarily sandy, well-drained soils, with some alluvium pebbles on the lower parcels.
Winemaking: Direct pressing, low-temperature fermentation in stainless temperature-controlled tanks. Stays on the fine lees for 3 months to protect from oxidation.
Tasting notes : Intense floral nose of roses and peony which evolve to notes of citrus. Complexity on the palate with deep aromas of citrus. 13%vol.
Storage : Drink now through 2021
Food pairing : Excellent with ceviche of fish, white meat, sweet-and-sour dishes, and vegetable tagines.
